SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you enroll in text messages from a club or organization using Clubloop. The program name shown at enrollment identifies the applicable club, and messages are delivered through Clubloop. Participation is optional and is not a condition of membership, purchase, or use of Clubloop.

1. How You Enroll

You enroll by sending the opt-in keyword displayed for your club to that club's dedicated texting number. Only send the keyword if you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from that club through Clubloop. The mobile number used to enroll must match the number connected to your club membership.

2. Messages You May Receive

Messages may include club announcements, reservation confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, check-in notices, waitlist updates, and replies from the club's support inbox. The specific messages available depend on the features enabled by your club and your applicable preferences.

3. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your reservations, club activity, support conversations, and the communication settings chosen by you and your club. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Clubloop and your club do not charge a separate fee merely for joining the texting program, although your club's subscription or services may have separate charges.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to the club's texting number to opt out. After opting out, you will not receive further text messages from that club unless you enroll again using the displayed keyword or another supported opt-in command. Reply HELP for help or contact help@clubloop.com.

5. Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, or incorrect membership information. Keep your mobile number current and contact your club for time-sensitive operational questions.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and text-messaging consent are handled. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
